Responsibilities
• Collaborate with local procurement manager for daily operations.
• Coordinate with colleagues on sourcing needs and handle procurement inquiries in APAC (Software, Professional Services, Telecoms, Office Fit-out).
• Engage with key suppliers for quotes, cost benchmarking, and monitoring delivery timelines in APAC and globally.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships as needed.
• Negotiate contracts in collaboration with the internal Legal team.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage purchase orders in Coupa.
• Liaise with finance and coordinate with local and London procurement teams.
• Manage DocuSign envelopes.
Requirements
• Over 3 years of experience in a small, high-impact procurement team managing the full P2P process.
• Proficient in all tasks within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and capable of independent work.
• Strong understanding of IT and Professional Services procurement; knowledge of other indirect categories is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English for managing diverse vendors.
• Solid experience in legal and commercial aspects of contract negotiations; skilled in vendor negotiations.
• Familiar with corporate P2P systems (SAP, Coupa) and eSignature systems (DocuSign).
