Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily settlement tasks, ensuring accurate reconciliation of transactions and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Process interbank funds transfers while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Create SWIFT and CHATS payment messages using the SWIFT Alliance system, maintaining precision and timeliness.
- Engage in system development projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and migrations, to boost operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline settlement processes and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates impacting settlement operations.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in banking Treasury Settlement is a plus; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Proficient in banking software and systems, particularly SWIFT Alliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
