Relationship Manager (Retail Equities Department)

Job Responsibilities

• The role of the Equity Retail Relationship Manager (RM) is to understand client requirement, ensure superior service and provide regular updates to the client on equity markets on clients portfolios.
• Acquire to B2B and B2C Clients & manage existing relationships.
• Deepen and establish long-term customer relationships by determining customer needs for financial services.
• Assist in primary market offerings and secondary market investment
• Plan and provide relevant and appropriate financial products and services to meet the needs of existing and potential customers.
• Responsible for targeting towards the AUM growth & revenue generation from the client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and in the implementation of the Company's policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics or related;
• Existing/ qualified Sole Responsible Officer for SFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities;
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience;
• Solid product knowledge (eg, funds, equities, margin financing, structured product);
• Overseas secondary market sales experience;
• Understand the market operation and familiar with relevant regulations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with excellent written communication skills.
