Responsibilities
  • Developing, deploying, and maintaining algorithmic trading strategies, analytical tools, and a scalable trading infrastructure while collaborating within a dynamic IT, quant, and trading team.
  • The position requires collaboration with global trading, quantitative, and IT teams to improve the platform and its associated businesses.
  • The project workload is diverse, focusing on both new algorithm development and enhancing the performance of existing trading systems, including signal generation and data analysis.
  • You will participate in the entire system development lifecycle, from requirement discussions to designing, developing, and deploying updates, working on high-volume, low-latency, and resilient message-driven systems using advanced Java and the latest hardware.
Skills Reqd
  • Min. 5 yrs of experience in Algo development, proficient in core Java within a UNIX/Linux environment, with the ability to analyze business and technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities for collaboration in a global team setting.
  • Enthusiastic about creating systems for automated market making, direct market access (DMA), or algorithmic trading in liquid markets (equities, FX, rates) using the FIX protocol.
  • Experienced in time-series data analysis with technologies like KDB/q, and knowledgeable in web service development, REST, and TypeScript, preferably with the Angular framework.
