Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess operational risks across various departments.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational risks.
- Monitor and analyse risk exposures and operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior management.
- Implement risk-mitigation measures to enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in operational risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and operational risk management practices.
