4. Public Speaking and Thought Leadership:

  • Serve as a key speaker at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the institutions expertise and thought leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the institutions value proposition and key messages.

5. Team Collaboration and Strategy Development:

  • Work closely with the sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus;
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry;
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing seminars, events, and promotional campaigns;
  • Strong public speaking skills with experience in TV, radio, or social media appearances.;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics;
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines;
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
