Job Responsibilities:
1. Seminar and Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote the institutions products and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
- Develop event content, secure speakers, and manage all logistical aspects.
2. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
3. Media Exposure and Public Relations:
- Represent the institution as a spokesperson on TV, radio, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and interviews.
- Develop engaging content for social media channels to enhance the institutions online presence and reputation.
4. Public Speaking and Thought Leadership:
- Serve as a key speaker at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the institutions expertise and thought leadership.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the institutions value proposition and key messages.
5. Team Collaboration and Strategy Development:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry;
- Proven experience in organizing and managing seminars, events, and promotional campaigns;
- Strong public speaking skills with experience in TV, radio, or social media appearances.;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics;
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines;
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
