Main Responsibilities:
  - Provide investment services to both corporate clients and HNW investors, conduct investment and financing advice to explore business opportunities
  -  Establish new relationships and manage existing relationships in order to grow portfolio Assets Under Management and Revenue
  - Provide local and overseas secondary markets business services and solutions to listed companies and various official and public authorities
  - Actively review and monitoring of client's AUM through timely buy/sell/hold calls triggered by clients' preferred allocation.
  - Provide business services such as employee shares incentive plans for listed companies, release restricted shares, and H-shares full circulation services.
  - Comply with full compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory bodies
  
 Qualifications & Requirements:
  - At least 5 years of Relationship Management experience in Private Banking;
  - Bachelor degree or above;
  - Solid product knowledge (eg, equities, margin financing, IPO, structured product, funds);
  - Strong ability to develop a network of target prospects.  Candidate with existing clients base is highly preferred;
  - Good communication skills and preferably strong Mandarin speaking and writing ability;
  - Willing to travel to meet business need;
  - Capacity to effectively prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced; environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
