PWM Assistant Relationship Manager Trainee (Investment Bank)

The global investment bank is seeking for highly motivated and detail-oriented assistant relationship manager trainees to join their private wealth management team. The applicant must speak fluent English and Mandarin with no more than 2 years of work experience. This is a 1-year trainee program with a good chance of extension and potential return offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • provide client support by answering inquiries 
  • assist relationship managers in building and maintaining relationships with client as well as administrative matters such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and maintaining customer records
  • help with account opening and know customer documentation
  • execute customer orders on securities transactions
  • generate regular reports for management team to help identify trends and mitigate risks
  • work with product team

 

Key Skills:

  • bachelor degree from recognized universities
  • 0 - 2 years of financial services experience, candidates with good KYC knowledge or client servicing experience (internship with related experience will be considered)
  • fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is optional)
  • completed HKSI Paper 1 (or willing to take HKSI Paper 1)
  • good work attitude and business acumen
  • good with numbers and analytical mindset
