Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Provide 1st/2nd line support for all Trading Platforms offered to both internal and external client base.
- Assist in client onboarding.
- Provide user and account administration to include limits adjustments upon Risk approval.
- Handle manual ticket booking and manage Clients trades system outage cases.
- Ensuring compliance with the companys regulatory requirements under the SFC. Provide reporting and compliance support.
- To escalate risk events immediately.
- Liaise with IT department and the business to communicate changes.
To be eligible for this position, you will require:
- Overall 2+ years of experience in Customer / Technical Support gained from a brokerage firm (MUST HAVE).
- Knowledge in trading systems (i.e. Fidessa, TT, Stellar) – MUST HAVE at least one.
- Experience in Global exchanges (i.e. Eurex, ICE, CME).
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset and willingness to pick up issues.
