We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Credit Recovery Manager. Principal responsibilities - Lead, plan, oversee and co-ordinate a wide range of projects, offshoring migration, process review, and system and resource-related issues to ensure smooth delivery of credit recovery services.
- Provide prompt responses and recommendations on credit policies and collection strategies to adapt to the fast and changing market of Business Banking.
- Take legal proceedings against debtors by instructing external legal firms; representing the bank to attend court hearing and liaising with Official Receiver's Office, Outside Trustee on bankruptcy or winding up related matters
- Instruct debt collections agencies when needed, provide comments from user perspective on guidelines for DCAs and ensuring their adherence to Group, HASE and regulatory guidelines
- Propose and implement quality enhancement and control strengthening initiatives in response to the review findings, customer feedback and business needs
Requirements - University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in credit risk or complaint handling and project management, in relation to commercial banking products
- Good understanding of portfolio management technique including analytics
- Strong interpersonal / leadership skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
