Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain customer information in the banking system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Regular audits will be conducted to identify and correct any discrepancies.
Perform document scanning and manage the secure storage of customer information, contributing to organized and efficient data management practices. All documents should be easily retrievable and stored in accordance with data protection regulations.
Handle customer requests for bank confirmations and account statements with professionalism and promptness. This involves providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process bankruptcy checks and other due diligence tasks with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, safeguarding the bank's interests and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance and customer service, to share insights and improve data management processes. Participation in team meetings to discuss operational improvements and best practices is expected.
Assist in generating reports related to customer data management, providing insights on data accuracy and trends that can inform decision-making within the organization.
Requirements:
A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Management, or Finance is preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in information management or a related area is required, demonstrating the ability to handle sensitive data effectively and securely.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are necessary for managing information accurately and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Mandarine and Cantonese are important for engaging with customers and internal teams professionally and effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and banking systems is required, along with a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
