Key Responsibilities:
Process inward and outward remittance transactions swiftly and accurately for both personal and corporate clients, ensuring strict adherence to banking regulations.
Handle and authorize transactions, proactively identifying and rectifying errors and discrepancies to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Monitor and identify suspicious transactions, conducting thorough checks against blacklist records to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance and customer service, to resolve transaction-related issues promptly, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all remittance transactions, ensuring that all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices regarding remittance processing, and AML compliance to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:
A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in remittance operations or a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of transaction processing.
Strong knowledge of payment execution processes and AML screening techniques to safeguard the bank's interests.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage complex transactions effectively and efficiently.
