Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement operational risk management framework and policy
  • Responsible for routine and adhoc operational risk reports, checking, surveillance to Head of Risk and Management
  • Participate in on-going product on-boarding approval to New Business and Product Committee 
  • Manage annual review and facilitation of RCSA, KRI and LDC with various internal stakeholders; responsible for the operational risk incident reporting with in-house ops risk system
  • Provide effective recommendation, guidance and risk awareness on operational risk framework
  • Perform any report tasks or adhoc submission request to Senior Management and/or Headquarter and other duties as assigned by the Head of Risk Management
  • Facilitate effective and act as first point of contact on operational matter with Headquarter

Requirements:
  • 5 years of hands-on operational risk management experience gained from investment bank, securities brokerage
  • Degree holder or above with major in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, related discipline
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
