Your role

Your team
You will be working in the APAC Securities Middle Office. The team supports the Investment Banking securities businesses covering global markets and institutional clients. The team works closely with front to back office regionally and globally for managing internal and external client queries, trades allocation, confirmation exceptions, static mapping and projects. Your team is trusted to resolve ad hoc complexed queries from internal and external client. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control.
Your expertise
• Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
• experiences in Cash Equity Operations is preferred with Front Office facing function is a plus
• good working knowledge of global markets and an understanding of Front, Middle and Back Office organizational structure. A good understanding of cash equities is essential
• strong Client Focus behavior; Solid interpersonal skills
• ability to acquire new knowledge and skills effectively
• passionate in driving and delivering change initiatives
• good understanding of risk & control environments and its effect on stakeholders
- attention to detail and effective time management skills to work to intra-day deadlines and flexible hours dependent on trading volumes and requests from other areas, including Front Office and other stakeholders
• adept communicator and self-starter to establish good working relationships with colleagues and work with others across locations effectively
