A regional bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Client Information Officer.
Your new company

Your new role
- Develop and maintain customer profiles.
- Update client information in the system.
- Scan customer documents and manage information storage.
- Handle customer requests for bank confirmations and account statements.
- Conduct bankruptcy checks.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder
- Work experience in information management
- Organised and attentive to details with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
