Responsibilities:
- Compile detailed financial reports, documents, and provide critical data to support audits and internal compliance.
- Manage daily transactions and records, such as payments, reimbursements, and other operational claims.
- Manage cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
- Coordinate banking operations, including new account management, and KYC.
- Support tax-related activities such as tax filing and collaborating with outside tax advisors.
- Manage and record investment materials and documents.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar discipline.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience including in-house experience from family office.
- External audit training from Big 4 is a must. CPA qualified.
- Expertise in financial reporting and accounting standard.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong time management skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), both spoken and written.
