Are you looking to grow your career in trading support within a fast-paced, dynamic financial environment? Our client, a world-leading commodity broker, is seeking a Trading Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd level support for front-office, real-time trading, and market data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st/2nd line support for all trading platforms to both internal and external clients.
- Support trading front-end functionality and assist in client onboarding.
- Perform exchange reporting and compliance audits.
- Manage user & account administration, including risk-approved limit adjustments.
- Handle manual trade booking and system outage management.
- Act as a liaison between the technology and business teams to communicate system updates and changes.
- Continuously review and improve manual processes through automation opportunities.
- Work in rotating shifts (6:30 AM – 9:00 PM), with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
- Ensure compliance with Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulations and company policies.
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience working with front-end trading systems and admin tools (e.g., Fidessa, TT, Stellar, CQG, WebICE, CME Direct).
- Experience with global exchanges such as ICE, CME, Eurex.
- Knowledge of exchange connectivity for global derivatives, commodities, cash, and equity markets.
- Proficiency in database queries and Excel for compliance audits and reporting.
- 1+ years of experience with FIX and bespoke API onboarding.
- Strong understanding of market operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- SFC Type 2 license (preferred) for dealing in futures contracts.
- Comfortable communicating with clients via Tencent WeCom, QQ chatrooms, and other messaging platforms.
