Our client is an international asset manager with a growing business in Asia. They partner closely with insitutional and intermediary clients to provide global investment solutions. To cope with the business growth, theyre now adding a new head of marketing to be based in Hong Kong to lead regional marketing initiatives, including product marketing, marketing campaigns, client events, and other analytics.
Job Description:
- Be the key stakeholder to design, drive and execute marketing campaigns to support Asia distribution and brand positioning;
- Work closely with regional distribution team to align with business objectives, marketing plans, and other strategic directions;
- Actively participate in new fund launches from product marketings perspective;
- Lead and plan for client events, sponsorships to conferences, and other educational events for regional promotions;
- Proactively work with regional and global stakeholders to identify areas for leverage and synergies;
- Utilize companys tools in digital marketing to further enhance client engagements;
- Ensure all marketing initiatives and communications are properly controlled, according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years experiences in regional marketing function within financial institutions, including banks, asset management, and wealth management firms.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- Proven track record in develop and execute strategic marketing plans to foster a growing business.
- Excellent communications in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are highly preferred.
- Collaborative and influential across counterparties, while being independent and proactive.
