Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of marketing literature and materials, including fund commentaries, brochures, and pitchbooks, to support product promotions and sales strategies.Help compile and complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence (DD) questionnaires, ensuring the accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Collaborate with Global Communication and Content Teams in Paris and Dublin to generate engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook and WeChat) and website.
- Analyze social media campaign performance and assist in the development of creative strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in integrated marketing campaigns and events designed to showcase our brand and investment capabilities in the region.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Regularly communicate with internal and external partners to support the implementation of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and grow in the marketing field.
Basic understanding of financial markets and mutual fund products is advantageous.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
Experience or exposure to the financial services industry is a plus.
