About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our insurance client's team in the
Claims and New Business (Open to candidates come from Operation background) domain. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and document business requirements for claims processing and new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
