This is a new headcount in our Business Development Department.
Expect at least 1 year of related working experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales-related materials for both internal and external use, including the company's marketing materials and pitching documents in both Chinese & English.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc client reports on a regular basis, including the official RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and related after-sales documents from domestic and foreign institutional customers.
- Compile periodic sales-related reports, management information and product performance statistics for market analysis or research.
- Handle requests and respond to enquiries from clients/business partners, support sales and marketing as well as investment in managing and maintaining good client relationships, support proactively in all aspects of sales efforts and relationship management.
- Track product performance, cooperating with the investment team, and responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Help the corporate branding communications and events.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Knowledge/Skills
- Bachelors degree or above in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
- A strong interest in financial markets is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-driven, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver timely solutions.
- A collaborative team player who is a quick learner and can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
