As a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions that meet business needs. You'll work closely with onshore and offshore vendors, developers, and users to deliver robust RPA solutions while ensuring smooth operations, including Disaster Recovery Site support. You'll also evaluate system specifications, identify potential challenges, and develop contingency plans to minimize business risks.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze user and system requirements, then design detailed architecture.
- Develop and implement RPA solutions that are fit for purpose.
- Liaise with and manage vendor services to meet project goals.
- Provide seamless 24/7 technical support to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure effective communication between users, IT teams, and cross-project stakeholders.
- Complete development and BAU work in the RPA field.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, or C#). Proficiency in UiPath is required. Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, and the Software Development Life Cycle. Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture, SSO, Cloud basics, or low-code platform development is a plus. Experience with RPA CoE and robotics-related projects is an advantage. Exposure to multiple computer platforms and banking applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong vendor management skills. Effective communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Passion for technology and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years experience in application software development
