Head of Finance

Job Description:

• Strategic Insight: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's strategic objectives to inform financial planning and management.
• Financial Oversight: Assume full responsibility for managing financial operations, focusing on optimizing and enhancing the financial systems.
• Global Financial Leadership: Spearhead global financial planning and establish a robust financial framework to safeguard company funds.
• Tax Strategy Coordination: Oversee global tax planning and compliance, improving the organizations tax efficiency and capabilities.
• IT Collaboration: Foster IT advancements to deliver comprehensive data support for informed global business and management decisions.
• Team Leadership: Guide the team in executing global financial upgrades and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution; specific major not required.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the financial sector, including at least 5 years with an accounting firm and 3 years in a financial director role, managing a team of 10 or more. Experience with Big Four firms, large tech companies, or a background in Chinese overseas operations is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, capable of using it as a primary working language.
• Certification: Must hold a domestic or international Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
