Responsibilities:
  • Expand the company's institutional client base and convert prospects into clients.
  • Lead the process of gathering business requirements and aligning on solutions with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to turn business needs into actionable development plans.
  • Develop and evaluate solutions or alternatives with a focus on practicality and business benefit.
  • Ensure proposed solutions meet both business goals and long-term maintenance needs post-implementation.
  • Contribute to system change management and oversee improvements after deployment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and sales project management, specifically related to brokerage products and trading systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both local and global markets.
  • A network of institutional clients or an existing client portfolio is highly advantageous.
  • Strong motivation to achieve business targets and deliver success.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
