Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is available and that follow-up actions are tracked.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Provide Chinese and English translation when necessary
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives related to renewable energy solutions.
  • Event Management: Plan and organize company events, parties, seminars and conferences
  • Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships to support strategic decision-making.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy industry, law firm, investment bank or other professional firms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and translation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and responsible candidates will be preferred.
