The ideal candidate will possess experience in business analysis with a proven track record of recommending process improvements and system upgrades. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation, and Data Analytics is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer experiences.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the financial services and technology sectors, providing valuable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops to generate and prototype innovative solutions that address customer needs and business challenges.
  • Support the development and execution of Proof of Concepts (POC) and pilot projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and evaluating outcomes for scalability.
  • Engage in proposition design and activation by working closely with cross-functional teams to launch innovative financial services products and solutions.
  • Conduct buy versus build analyses to assess potential ventures, partnerships, and technology solutions, recommending the best approaches for the organization.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Data Analytics, and evaluate their potential impact on business processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with venture labs and technology incubation teams to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8 years in banking/ financial services, digital strategy, or innovation roles.
  • Proven expertise in tech incubation, strategic planning, proposition design and activation, Proof of Concept development, and venture labs.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Generative AI Robotic Process Automation and Data Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design thinking workshops and foster creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
