Overview
A well-established global bank in is seeking to hire an Associate - Corporate Finance and M&A Execution.
Role Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers for origination and execution of the Bank's activities across Asia in the area of Corporate Finance and M&A execution with the Bank's key corporate clients
- Contribution to the P&L through synergy profit generation
- Arranging or executing deals for the Bank's core corporate clients
- Develop internal stakeholder relationships with the Corporate Banking Relationship Managers
- Contribute to the deal flow generation by tracking the M&A activity in the region and presenting ideas and pitches
- Support the managers of the team in the execution of corporate finance transactions
- Preparation of pitch books
Requirements
- Academics from a reputable university
- 3-4 years of experience in the origination and execution of corporate acquisition financing and/or LBO financing
- Strong mathematical and financial modelling skills with ability to execute deals from start to end and experience across the whole credit process including credit analysis, modelling.
- Familiar with legal (term sheet and documentation);
- Involvement in transactions within a wide range of business industries and geographical region;
- Good understanding of capital market products, syndication and ratings;
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English
