Main Responsibilites
- Coordinate actions between Operations teams in Asia and all stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Legal, Front-Office)
- Be in charge of PMO activities (planning, governance, reporting, dashboard and progress reports, etc.)
- Collect and formalize user business requirements, prepare test cases for the operational teams and coordinate as well as act as a liaison between users and IT teams during the projects
- Maintains an up to date RAID log and provides up to date project status reports to various forums in both written and verbal form
- Carry out studies on existing set-up in order to find areas for improvement
- Prepare and implement Change Management plans for Operations teams.
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Master degree holders, with strong academic background in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics or Engineering
- + 5 years experience working on Project Management (associate)
- Prior experience in investment banking operations
- Experience in leading and driving offshoring project
- Good knowledge of the Operations department in an Investment Bank as well as good product knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to provide solutions
- Self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications
- Responsible, self-initiative, positive attitude, attentive to details & hardworking Fluent in both written and spoken English.
