Responsibilities:
  • Continuously optimize and promote the short-, medium- and long-term development strategies based on business needs and market conditions of Southeast Asian entities, ensure effective implementation of the development strategies
  • Promote business development management in Southeast Asia, including the development of payroll services, mobile banking, mid-to-high end customer segment, as well as the promotion of new products and applications
  • Regularly track key performance indicators and business progress to support the Bank in achieving its business goals
  • Track and report various business data, prepare and co-ordinate special projects, including meeting arrangements, preparing presentation materials and meeting minutes, writing reports and monitoring the implementation of each measure
  • Understand the training needs of Southeast Asian entities, formulate training strategies, coordinate training resources and ensure smooth completion of training courses
  • Understand, promote and integrate the Bank's culture to all aspects of work, including improving customer experience, innovating financial products, optimizing business processes and improving management mechanism
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking/financial services/data analytics
  • Experience in retail banking business development, product/sales management, business planning is an advantage
  • Ability to conduct business analysis, coordinate and handle cross-departmental projects
  • Familiar with financial market and regulatory requirements, as well as the overall operation of the bank
  • Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in Southeast Asia Market and experience in regional project management is preferable
  • Proactive and responsible, keen to learn and willing to accept challenges
