Head of Product (Investment Brokerage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Innovation: Drive innovation and explore new technologies and business models.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure products meet financial targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Extensive experience in product management, particularly in the stock brokerage industry.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of securities brokerage/fintech markets and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
