The successful candidate will analyse software utilization, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost efficiency. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities - Monitor and track software usage for optimal cost efficiency.
- Collaborate on software budget management across the Digital Team.
- Analyze usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, contracts, and renewals.
- Negotiate favorable terms for software contract renewals.
- Prepare and present reports on usage and budget status.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software asset management or digital finance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in software asset management tools.
- Experience managing Oracle licenses is a plus.
