Job Description
- Engage in the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, qualifying, to briefing candidates for interviews and offering stages
- Advice and sell the most suitable role to your candidates
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each client and candidate
- Market mapping, headhunting and candidate "Business Development"
- Building strong networks within your specialist with both clients and candidates that can be converting into commercial opportunities
- Negotiate salaries and contracts

Successful Candidate
- Native Cantonese Speaker
- Prior sales experience (part-time or full-time)
- Prior recruitment experience (ideal but not necessary)
- Self-motivated, competitive and able to thrive under pressure
- Sales Mindset - Money and self-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, resilience and hardworking
- Fluent in Cantonese
