Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to ensure they align with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Validate technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and align with best practices.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making, providing insights into trends and potential impacts of system changes.
- Facilitate a smooth transition to new processes, including training and support for end-users.
- Coordinate testing activities to ensure quality standards and address any issues that arise.
- Provide updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders in a transparent and effective manner.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a reputable financial organization.
- Previous experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of clearing and settlement systems or cash equity markets in Hong Kong or overseas markets is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
