SUMMARY
- Assist smooth operation of all Support Functions, acting as liaison with Headquaters (including Hong Kong Branch) and Regulators on middle/back office-related reportings of risk management and others (planning, accounting and audit matters)
- Supporting internal risk management (including IT risk) and assisting the implementation of HKMAs regulations
- Reviewing management information report and providing the results of review to General Manager, Risk Management Committee and the parent bank
- Writing periodic business performance reports
- Response for various requests from headquarters or external supervisory agencies
- Supporting communication between headquarters and local employees regarding middle/back (risk management, accounting, IT, etc) related issues
- Support any ad hoc task or project assigned by supervisor and/or management
REQUIREMENT
- minimum of 4 years of work experience in Risk, Planning or IT
- native Korean and fluent in English
- must have strong proficiency in MS-office, especially Excel
- basic to intermediate level of accounting knowledge
- professional qualification under Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Risk would be advantageous
