Main Responsibilities:
- Business Planning & Support
- Analyze departmental business data and metrics to provide decision-making support materials.
- Regularly produce business analysis reports and materials for business lines, departments, and teams.
- Respond to various research requests and official inquiries, and coordinate with head office projects.
- Manage departmental branding and publicity, including planning promotional strategies and producing branding materials.
- Industry Research & Trend Analysis
- Monitor the latest developments, policy changes, and competitor strategies in the wealth management industry, and compile industry analysis reports.
- Research market trends and emerging products to support business innovation.
- Data Management & Analysis
- Integrate internal and external data resources to establish and maintain a business database for the Wealth Management Department, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop visual data reports aligned with business needs to identify product trends and growth opportunities.
- Generate regular management reports and present key insights on business progress to department heads.
- Business Process Optimization
- Assist in optimizing internal workflows to improve departmental operational efficiency and collaboration.
- Support the enhancement of APP online operations, including data analysis, page optimization, and user experience improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in wealth management, data analysis, or the financial industry; familiarity with wealth management products and customer profiling.
- Proficiency in office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
- In-depth understanding of the wealth management industry with sharp market insight.
