Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for improving the international business risk management system, improving relevant risk management policies, systems and processes, and supervising implementation;
2.International product and service risk management, system management system optimization, internal control and operational risk management;
3.Responsible for evaluating international business projects, issuing risk early warning tips and threat and risk assessment reports, and providing solutions;
4.For identified major risks and issues, promote business units to establish plans, improve/enhance, and implement closed-loop management until the risk is eliminated.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English, more than 8 years of overseas risk control experience in the financial industry (asset management, wealth management, insurance industry is preferred), CDD, FDD due diligence experience is preferred;
2.Be familiar with overseas risk management theories and practices, master systematic risk analysis methods, and have a keen ability to identify and judge risks.
3.Mental maturity, strong sense of responsibility and ability to resist pressure, international vision and pattern;
4.Familiar with overseas financial laws and regulations and related policies, and industry-forward-looking.
