Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of comprehensive HR management experience, including 3+ years as an HRD or equivalent role. Background in asset management, finance, family office, or high-end services is highly preferred.
  2. Proven experience in building HR systems from scratch or leading organizational transformation. Cross-regional team management experience is a plus.
  3. In-depth knowledge of labor law, compensation design, performance management tools (e.g., OKR/KPI), and talent assessment methodologies.
  4. Familiarity with executive recruitment channels and strategies. A strong network in the financial industry is advantageous.Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
