Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Translate gathered requirements into detailed specifications and collaborate effectively with developers to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Document and maintain functional requirements and design specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate changes to impacted business users across various departments, including planning and managing changes in processes, operations, and systems.
Required Background:
- Knowledge of Capital Markets traded products, trade life cycle and processing flows
- Prime Services experience
- Excellent Business Analysis capabilities
- Project Management skills with proven track record working across full life cycle on large scale projects
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
