Our client - a leading Chinese securities firm, specializing in securities trading, asset management, and wealth management services, now expanding their operations team and seeking a skilled professional to join them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding processes, ensuring strict compliance with SFC, HKMA, AML/CFT regulations, and AMLO requirements.
  • Oversee KYC/CDD reviews for high-risk clients, design risk mitigation strategies, and streamline due diligence workflows.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and implement updates to internal policies, training programs, and operational manuals.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Front Office teams to resolve escalated onboarding cases and approve exceptions.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Law, or Business; AMAC/CAMS certifications preferred.
  • 6+ years in operations at a Hong Kong licensed institution, with 2+ years in team leadership.
  • Proficiency in due diligence tools.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
