Product Manager, Crypto

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Management to research the cryptocurrency product landscape and design a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and market trends.​
• Design and refine trading products, including Spot, Linear Derivatives, Margin, and OTC offerings. Focus on enhancing user experiences, UX design and onboarding processes.​
• Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and timely delivery of product features.​
• Stay updated to market developments to identify emerging product trends and opportunities, ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive and innovative.​
• Participate in marketing campaigns, developing coherent branding plans that align with overall business strategies and effectively promote the products to target audiences.​
• Continuously analyze product performance, gather market feedback, and adjust product details and marketing strategies to enhance adoption and user satisfaction.​
• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive commercial results, ensuring that product initiatives contribute positively to the firm's financial performance.
