C++ Developer for Low Latency trading desk

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency trading systems and infrastructure.
• Optimize existing trading algorithms and strategies for maximum performance.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to implement new trading strategies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot trading systems in real-time to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop tools and frameworks to support the research and development of new trading strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our trading systems.
• Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5 Years or above software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python with a focus on low-latency and high-performance systems.
• Experience with multi-threading, networking, and real-time systems.
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithmic trading strategies.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Perl).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
