Responsibilities:
  • Possess a start-up mindset to drive design and development of new digital business models, through creation or participation in project management related for Deposit
  • Assist Team Lead to spearhead deposit led projects & digital engagements, managing through journeys to expand top-funnel discoverability of projects & initiatives that drives up portfolio balances via digital and content marketing, and organic channels.
  • Drive transformation and implementation of thoughtfully-designed customer journeys, leveraging data-driven operating model and human-centred design thinking, to deliver joyful banking
  • Manage key performance drivers, integrating data analytics, experimentation, and AI/machine learning capabilities to deliver new growth source of Deposit balances & engage customer at hyperpersonalized level
  • Engage and forge external partnerships to onboard new partners & increase revenue streams
  • Achieve business acquisition targets (including online channel share), market share growth and digital value capture (DVC), especially as reduction in acquisition cost and linkages to related banking products/services
  • Possess appreciation of risk management and regulatory compliance, complying with external regulations and internal requirements

Requirements
  • University graduate or graduate degree
  • 2 years of experience in financial services industry or start-up (preferred);
  • Preferably with experience in design thinking, site design/development, management of technological projects, data analytics, dashboards and marketing campaigns
  • Passionate about customer experience and journey design
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
  • Makes data-driven decisions with strong analytical skills and good business acumen
  • Good organizational and project management skills, with attention to details
  • Resourceful, creative, and independent learner
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese
