Business Function

Objectives
  • Manage digital projects, and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders using our 4D (Discover-Define-Develop-Deliver) and Agile methodologies to achieve business outcomes
  • Create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints to resolve problems and conflicts, and deliver the target outcomes after each sprint
  • Establish and execute project governance structure to facilitate project / stakeholder management
  • Highlight potential risks or issues and act proactively to resolve them, and seek opportunities for improvement
Responsibilities
  • Manage SME lending project scope, timeline, and facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Ensure all product development and rollouts comply with the necessary internal and external risk & regulatory clearance process
  • Streamline and digitalise SME lending and maintenance journey
  • Responsible for end-to-end project launch to ensure timely and smooth rollout, including user requirement collection, UAT support and associated resources planning, production release and defects handling.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to resolve project issues
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and regular stand-ups
  • Prepare data-driven presentation materials for management update
Accountabilities
  • Achieve targeted results and ensure high quality deliverables to meet and exceed business expectations
  • Be able to work independently to gather requirements, prepare project plans, communicate with stakeholders and manage team members in an agile way to achieve the desired outcome
Requirements
  • Degree holder with business related discipline
  • Proven 5+ work experience in employee / customer journey development for system/platform
  • Experience working with technology & operation teams on digital projects
  • Experience with process mapping and process improvements
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and across regions and functions to drive digital projects
  • Good understanding of general banking technology, products and operational processes
  • Ability to identify emerging trends, and areas that benefit from change and innovation, including ideas that challenge the status quo
  • Ability to evaluate value of ideas, and transform into action by leveraging best practices in change management
  • Ability to analyze data and link drivers with outcomes to enable customer growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time
