Director - Managing Director, Investment Banking Division

Job Scopes:

• Oversee client coverage initiatives and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Systematically identify opportunities for IPOs and mergers & acquisitions.
• Lead client presentations, offering strategic advice and tailored recommendations to address client needs.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering relationships at senior levels.
• Utilize the firms unique value proposition to mobilize the team in generating transaction ideas and achieving key execution milestones.
• Mentor junior bankers to enhance their analytical skills essential for a career in investment banking.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, business management, or related fields from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking with robust sector expertise.
• Strong passion and resilience for business development.
• Highly motivated, responsible, and committed, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and requests.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.
• High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct with integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
