The Role

VP, Derivatives Product Manager, Equity Sales & Derivatives

Key Accountabilities

1. Perform daily advisory and dealing functions on equity derivatives products in a timely and accurate manner
2. Provide trade execution support for sales team, and collaboration with different stakeholders internal and externally
3. Perform routine product due diligence and product risk assessment according to regulatory standards and internal guideline.
4. Provide market briefing, product advisory and training on derivatives products
5. Handle the daily operational processes and periodic reporting for the dealing team
6. Lead process reengineering projects and ad hoc problem solving requests on the product life cycle.

Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in dealing or related work experience, proven experience on OTC equity products is required
2. Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent
3. In-depth understanding of equity derivative products; strong awareness of market trends and economic outlook
4. Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, competent in VBA is preferred
5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
