Responsibilities:

Serve as a Responsible Officer (RO) for SFC Type 1 and 6 licenses, fulfilling regulatory obligations.
Collaborate in formulating annual business plans, establish goal-tracking mechanisms, and drive implementation to ensure effective execution of group strategies.
Coordinate cross-departmental resource integration and develop collaborative business development models.
Expand key client segments.
Build and lead a professional investment banking team, establishing talent development systems and performance evaluation mechanisms.
Strengthen compliance frameworks, lead project risk assessments, and optimize internal control processes.
Ensure all regulated activities.

Requirements:

Licensed SFC Responsible Officer (RO) for Type 1 and 6 activities.
8+ years of hands-on experience in Hong Kong investment banking, including 3+ years in team leadership.
Proven track record in end-to-end execution of complex transactions (e.g., IPOs, bond issuances, M&A, restructuring).
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with cross-border business communication expertise.
In-depth knowledge of HKEX Listing Rules and Hong Kongs financial regulatory framework.
