Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with business processes.
- Maintain relationships with merchants and vendors in Application and Internet industries, including contract preparation.
- Monitor and analyze data metrics to support seamless business operations.
- Collaborate with transport operators to enhance product offerings and manage partnerships.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment on product features and functionalities.
- Create reports and presentations to support business initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business operations, particularly within the mobile payment industry.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights for informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for preparing and presenting data-driven reports and proposals.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua for effective communication.
