Job Summary: This is a position in the Cash Trading Development team in supporting all Cash Trading projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of the Hong Kong securities market.

Job Duties: Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of Cash T rading projects/ initiatives for enhancement of the HK securities market
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project objectives
- Prepare and maintain business requirement documentation with the respective functional teams
- Schedule and track project milestones and deliverables
- Data analysis to monitor project performance , including financial metrics
- Work closely with multiple HKEX internal and external parties / stakeholders to drive change and deliver results
- Conduct market and policy research relating to market development for the execution of strategic projects
- Prepare write-ups, management papers, reports, proposals and presentation materials (both in English and Chinese)
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance , Business Administration or related disciplines
- M inimum of 6-8 years of direct, hands-on experience in well-established financial organization focusing on project management, business analyst, or securities business operations
- Solid knowledge of HK capital market
- Able to manage senior stakeholder s internally and externally, adding value to the discussions
- Strong numerical skills and experience in financial analysis
- A nalytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- A self-starter , a ble to work independently with minimal guidance
- Conversant in project management software e.g. , MS Project, Confluence , JIRA
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate
