Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the corporate actions related processes. Ensure that all services delivered in considering current legislative and regulatory requirements and complying with the Bank's operational risk guidelines. Make evaluation and solution from operation and system perspectives to meet with client requirements. Drive operational changes and system enhancements to meet with the changing needs of the business. Participate in UAT tests and other ad-hoc projects. Requirements

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee the corporate actions related processes.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree holder and above.
  2. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in custody business is preferred.
  3. Overall understanding and knowledge about various markets and investment instruments (like equities and fixed incomes etc.) as well as their related operating modes, clearing and settlement procedures, law and regulations, commonly-used SWIFT formats etc.
  4. Familiar with different markets and operating requirements etc.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills to work with the team.
  6. Independent in thinking, arranging work and dealing with business partners or service providers; flexible and client-focused in rendering client-fronting services.
  7. Meticulous with details; diligent and efficient in follow-through.
  8. Able to work effectively under pressure arisen from workload and time constraints.
  9. Sensitive about international market developments and industry initiatives.
