Our client is a rapid-growing regional bank with strong business presence in APAC region. Currently they are expanding the business specifically in Project Finance in Greater China and Southern-East Asia region. They are seeking a seasoned front office calibre to join their team and develop a fast-track career with fruitful deal experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely on portfolio management of top-tier China SOEs clients for long-term business relationship
- Identify new project finance and asset finance opportunities & collaborate with overseas branch in APAC for comprehensive deal structuring and executions
- Provide professional advisory to clients and conduct financial modelling and cashflow analysis
- Prepare and negotiate credit rating on the transaction
- Liaise with internal and external global stakeholders to solicit deals and credit monitoring
- Cross sell in various aspects including Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury / Financial Market products, etc.
- Conduct market research and economic updates
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum of 7 years of corporate banking experience in Hong Kong with coverage in China or APAC deals
- Strong credit and financial modelling skills with adherence to compliance and risk management
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
